Mr. Y.S. Fu Joins IGNIS as an Executive Strategic Adviser

Waterloo, Ontario – September 25, 2015 – IGNIS Innovation Inc. (“IGNIS”) an emissive display technology company today announced that Mr. Y.S. Fu has joined the company as an Executive Strategic Adviser. Mr. Fu brings more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology industries, including active/passive components, computer systems and peripherals.

Before joining IGNIS, he was the President of E-Ink Holdings Inc., a leading manufacturer of TFT LCD (Thin Film Transistor based Liquid Crystal Display); President of Asia Pacific (APAC) of Wyse Technology (Taiwan) Ltd., a server-centric computing company; Managing Partner of WK Technology Fund, an investment company based in Taiwan. Mr. Fu has also served as Senior Vice President OEM (Worldwide) of Logic Technology, Inc. and General Manager/Chairman (Far East Region) of Logic Technology, Inc. In addition, Mr. Fu has a depth of experience in factory management as he worked at of Texas Instruments Taiwan Ltd. and QUME in the roles of Manager QRA and Plant Manager respectively. He has also been a venture capitalist to many start-up companies in IT industries.

Mr. Fu has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chung-Yuan Christian University in Taiwan and a MBA from West Coast University in California, U.S.A. In addition, he earned Mini MBA for executives in technology and related industries from AEA, Stanford Executive Institute, in Palo Alto, CA.
