Peter Monsberger

Peter is a “hands-on” financial executive with over 20 years manufacturing experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, Packaging and Telecommunications industries. His extensive background includes public offerings, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions and general management. Most recently he helped grow Virtek Vision International Inc., into a successful public company which was subsequently sold to Gerber Scientific. Prior to that he was CFO at Devtek Corporation a large Canadian public company which was sold to Heroux in 2000.
