Joe has over 20 years’ of manufacturing experience in flat panel displays for both military and commercial applications. He began his career in flat panel displays at Litton Systems in Toronto, Canada as the engineering manager for the display group. In this role Joe was responsible for scaling up the process from R&D to volume manufacturing of LCD displays systems for military avionics applications. Later in 2000, he joined a flat panel display start up called iFire Technology in Toronto, Canada where he led a team of scientist and engineers in developing thin film sputtered materials for large area electroluminescent displays. Joe’s experience in flat panel display manufacturing extends to all aspects the operation including research and development, flat panel display processing equipment, manufacturing facility design & operation.
